During the ultimate battle for Camelot, Mordred fatally wounded Arthur with a blade forged by dragon's breath. As Arthur succumbed to his injuries near Avalon Lake, Merlin killed Morgana, who had attacked. Merlin summoned Kilghaarah to take Arthur to the lake, where he was healed. Returning home, Guinevere announced her pregnancy with Tedros and three years later a daughter, Rita. The entirety of their relationship, unknown to him until after Rita's birth, Guinevere had a long standing affair with Lancelot. Merlin had caught the two together, but before he brought the news to arthur, the two left camelot. with a heavy heart arthur raised his two children until he felt tedros was capable of taking the throne. Almost 60 years later, Arthur was last seen going into the lake. It is said he went to avalon because of how tired he became. reincarnation & rose again Arthur was reborn as Arthur Fox 1500 years later in present day England, husband to Catherine Fox-Mountchristen-Windsor, and had six children: Phillip, Henry, Nikolas, James, and Beatrice. He was a movie star who was known to play James Bond, but died in his early forties from pancreatic cancer; but in reality was a broken heart due to the peanns kidnapping and legally adopting both nikolas and james. Years later, he rose from the lake as his former self due to the prophecy from Camelot. After learning what his children went through with their adoptive parents, Arthur invoked his right to the throne through his Pendragon lineage and reunited with his children. He was crowned and celebrated once again.
